A typographic clock that represents the passage of time through progressive changes in weight and opacity.
Each word “hours, minutes, and seconds” grows heavier and more visible as time advances, creating a visual rhythm that replaces traditional numeric time displays.
When the battery level drops, the text becomes blurred, subtly reflecting the system’s energy state without affecting the perception of time.
By hovering over the text, the exact time in digits becomes visible, adding an optional layer of precision without breaking the ambient feel.
The goal is to transform the perception of time from something to read into something to sense at a glance: minimal, ambient, and responsive.
